Methodology

How we verify project information

Prices, inventory, payment plans and handover dates can change. Confirm current developer or resale availability before making a purchase decision.

This page last reviewed 10 Sep 2026

Project names, developers and locations are taken from the developer's own published material.
Prices, payment plans and handover dates are shown only where a developer or government source publishes them; market-sourced figures are marked indicative.
Where a figure is not published anywhere we can cite, the page asks you to request it rather than estimating one.
Pages are re-checked against source material on the review date shown beside each data set.
