What this site publishes
OffPlanVilla.com is an independent research and discovery site for off-plan villas in Dubai and the wider UAE. It is not a developer, and it does not sell property directly.
How figures on this site are treated
Every price, size, payment structure and handover date on this site carries one of three states.
- Published. The figure is stated by the developer or by a UAE government source, and the page links to it.
- Indicative. Two or more independent market sources agree on the figure, but the developer has not published it. These are marked on the page and should be confirmed before you act on them.
- Not published. No source we can cite states the figure. In that case the page asks you to request it rather than showing an estimate.
We do not publish return on investment figures, rental yields or capital appreciation projections, because no source can substantiate them for an unbuilt property.
Accuracy and change
Prices, inventory, payment plans and handover dates change, often within weeks of a launch. Each data set on this site shows the date it was last reviewed against its source. Confirm current developer or resale availability directly before making a purchase decision.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, mortgage or investment advice. Summaries of Dubai property law and Central Bank of the UAE regulation are provided with a link to the published source so you can read the original. For advice on your circumstances, speak to a UAE-regulated professional.
