Corrections Policy
Dubai off-plan data changes constantly and developers contradict themselves regularly. Some of what is on this site will be wrong. Tell us and we will fix it.
What to send
The page URL, the figure or statement you believe is wrong, and the source that shows otherwise. A developer page, a brochure, a press release or a Dubai Land Department record is the fastest route to a correction. A screenshot of a listing is useful but will be checked against the developer before anything changes.
How we handle it
We check the claim against the developer’s own material first. If the correction holds, the page is updated and its last-verified date moves. If a published figure was materially wrong rather than merely out of date, the page says what changed rather than silently showing the new number.
If the correction does not hold, we will tell you what we found and why the page stays as it is. If it cannot be settled because nobody has published the answer, the page will say that too, which is usually the most useful outcome for the next reader.
If you are the developer
If a page says you do not publish a price, a plot size, a payment plan or a handover date, and you do, send the link. We would rather carry your figure than describe its absence. We do not remove an accurate negative finding on request, and we do not accept payment to change a classification.
How to reach us
Use the enquiry form on any page, or the contact page, and mark it as a correction.
