- Enquiries and messages: when you send an enquiry or use the contact form, we receive your name, your phone number, your email address if you give it, the villa you asked about, the page you were on and anything you write.
- Launch alerts: if you sign up, we receive your email address.
- Saved and compared villas: these lists are stored in your own browser, on your device. They are not sent to us.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data for each request (such as IP address, browser type and time) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry by phone or email, and to send the information you asked for.
- To send launch alerts if you signed up for them. You can stop them at any time.
- To keep the site secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your details. We do not use them for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Where you ask about a specific villa, we may pass your enquiry to the developer of that villa or its authorised sales team so they can give you prices, plans and availability. We use service providers to run the site and deliver enquiries to us (hosting and email delivery). They process data on our instructions.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. If we add audience measurement, it will run only after you agree to it in a consent notice, and this policy will be updated first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are helping you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw from launch alerts. Contact us and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
