Methodology

How we verify project information

Prices, inventory, payment plans and handover dates can change. Confirm current developer or resale availability before making a purchase decision.

  • Project names, developers and locations are taken from the developer's own published material.
  • Prices, payment plans and handover dates are shown only where a developer or government source publishes them; market-sourced figures are marked indicative.
  • Where a figure is not published anywhere we can cite, the page asks you to request it rather than estimating one.
  • Pages are re-checked against source material on the review date shown beside each data set.
